Bob Niederpruem has been a friend for over twenty years. We purchased a new condominium in Vero Beach, Florida, from him in 1998. He was professional and took good care of us. We kept up with Bob through the years; several times asking for vendor advice. We enjoyed keeping up on his fine reputation, his career advancement to Premier Estate Properties. Last June 2020, we drove home to Indiana, during the most difficult year most of us have ever faced. Because of Covid, we dared not stop to spend the night on the way home. In late July, we called Bob and asked for his help in selling our condo. Family health issues had come up; the decision was sudden. “Timing is of the Essence,” he advised. The condo should be placed on the market by mid-October because Vero has a seasonal market. Bob asked permission to assess repairs that might be needed, clearance to ask a decorator to assist with “staging” and packing. He literally took “ownership” of tasks that we were not able to do. He brought in vendors to replace windows and balcony doors, paint our condo, and attend to a few household issues. Much packing, shipping, and arranging had to be done. Bob acquired bids on each project. He kept us informed throughout. He was always a “text” away. We have been truly amazed at how much is involved in selling a property! Our condo closing took place in March. Bob arranged our attorney closing and brought in an excellent mover to bring our furniture to us. We will always be thankful for Bob Niederpruem’s friendship, his knowledge, his attention to detail, his genuine courtesy to everyone, and the fact that he was there for us. Bob exceeded our expectations in selling our property!
